Shipping Policy

We package and ship all orders with a great level of care to make sure that your order gets to you securely.

Please allow 3 business days to process orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless you received the wrong product or it was delivered in a condition other than what you ordered.

If you received the wrong product or a damaged product, we will replace it (if possible) or send a full refund for the applicable product. 
 

Refunds
In order to process a refund, we will require you to return the products to us. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund. The refund will be processed according to the payment method you used during the checkout of said order.

Late or missing refunds
Refunds can take a few days to fully process. If you've received a notification from us that your order was refunded, please allow 24 to 72 hours to see the credit to your account (bank or PayPal). If after 72 hours you do not see the money in your account, please contact your bank or PayPal to see if they can assist you. If you need further assistance from us, please email us at cole@piratepeteccg.com

Exchanges
We only replace items if you received a damaged product or the wrong product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@cardcaverntradingcards.com first so we can approve the exchange. We will follow up with further instructions.
